High Performance
Lidding for EtO and Radiation Sterilization
TPT-021C is high performance
heat-seal coated Tyvek®
1073B lidding for EtO and radiation sterilization. Offering
a 20-40° F wider seal window on most plastics when compared
to other lidding, TPT-021C's lower sealing temperature allows
for shorter dwell time, minimizing flange distortion and Tyvek®
seal transparentization. The result is higher productivity for
the end user.
Heat
Seal Lidding for Form-Fill-Seal & Flexible Packaging Applications
Available in three grades
of Tyvek®,
coated with advanced sealants, our form-fill-seal lidding shows
superior performance features over other coated or uncoated materials.
High hot tack and a wide seal temperature range enables sealing
at lower temperatures and higher speeds while forming strong seals
to flexible forming webs.
TPT-0231A: 1073B Tyvek®
coated with a F-F-S heat-seal coating. This product provides maximum
protection and processability and combines the strength of 1073B
Tyvek® with superior seal qualities.
TPT-0237A: 1059B Tyvek®
coated with the 0231A adhesive for F-F-S. A lighter weight version
of 1073B Tyvek®,
1059B extends yield to get more units per pound. TPT-0268:
New 2FS Tyvek®
coated with TOLAS high performance F-F-S heat seal adhesive. TPT-0268
provides the highest yield achievable with a medical grade Tyvek®
thus offering significant economies approaching that of coated

Zone
Coated Adhesive Lidding for Steam and Dry-heat Sterilization
TPT-0281Z is DuPont
1073B Tyvek® with our proprietary zone
coated adhesive designed to withstand controlled
autoclave temperatures up to 250-260° F. TPT-0281Z is ideal
for use when rigid tray packaging is specified and product sensitivity
rules out radiation or EtO sterilization. TPT-0281Z is tear and
puncture-resistant and is easily and cleanly peelable in its end
use with virtually no particulate.
Soft-Peel
Lidding
Specifically designed
for non-sterile packaging applications, TPT-0234 is 1073B Tyvek®
with an adhesive coating designed to provide an easy peel with
a visual seal transfer and bond strengths between .75 and 1 lb.
