We are specialists in the research and development of proprietary heat-seal coatings. Through our SealScience^® coating technology we have become one of the leading coaters of Tyvek^®, foils, papers and films for health-care packaging.

Our heat-seal coated materials form a sterile package that withstands sterilization and is easily peelable at time of use. SealScience^® heat-seal coatings are designed to create uniform seals with controlled peelability even when sealed under varying sealing conditions.

Package integrity was a priority when developing proprietary adhesive coatings. For quality assurance purposes some of our proprietary coating will fluoresce under ultraviolet light. For further assurance of package integrity and product sterility, our adhesive coatings are specially formulated to provide a visual seal transfer when peeled open. The white seal transfer allows for visual inspection of the seals during the time of use in the operating theater or physician's office.
