Art Requirements

TOLAS Healthcare Packaging provides Tyvek®, paper, film and foil as printed or unprinted Pouches, Tray Lidding and Rollstock. Materials are available overall or zone-coated for easy peeling after EtO, Plasma, Radiation or Steam Sterilization. The primary function provided by TOLAS' sterile packaging is maintenance of sterility throughout manufacture, sterilization, shipping, and storage of your product. We have a broad product line ranging from all-purpose packaging, such as peelable pouches and rollstock, to specialty products designed to solve specific packaging challenges, such as the Dispos-A-Vent™ pouch and Pocket Pouch. The Promedicon® Division of TOLAS offers contract manufacturing capabilities for specialty Components for medical device applications. We convert medical grade foams, films, foils, nonwoven and pressure sensitive adhesives to customer specifications.
