TOLAS Healthcare Packaging custom formulates adhesive coatings for lidding to match specific substrates and applications. Printed and unprinted, overall or zone-coated lidding may be made using Tyvek^®, paper, film and foil and may include one of the following features/benefits:

Tyvek® Lidding

TOLAS offers coated 1073B and 1059B Tyvek^® and Tyvek^® 2FS™ lidding for medical packaging. Variations on TOLAS' SealScience® proprietary brand heat-seal coatings offer increased seal strength and wider seal temperature ranges.

Paper Lidding

Coated paper lidding from TOLAS is a cost-effective material choice for packaging of sterile disposable devices. It provides a smooth surface for printing and is accepted as a bacterial barrier when storage conditions are controlled.

Film Lidding

Heat-seal coated film lidding from TOLAS is supplied as printed or unprinted.

Foil Lidding

TOLAS offers foil lidding materials that are sealable to PETG, PVC, PP, HDPe and other rigid tray materials.
