Heat Seal Lidding for Form-Fill-Seal & Flexible Packaging Applications

TOLAS' packaging materials, coated with proprietary SealScience^® heat-seal coatings, provide packaging solutions for F-F-S and in-line flexible packaging applications requiring EtO and Radiation sterilization.

Features and Benfits
Available in three grades of Tyvek^®, coated with advanced sealants, these materials show superior performance features over other coated or uncoated materials.

Wide seal temperature range enables sealing at lower temperatures and higher speeds. These materials are suitable for rotary sealing.

Strong seals for flexible forming webs.

Excellent porosity; values consistenly below 75 seconds Gurley.

Products

TPT-0231A: 1073B Tyvek^® coated with a F-F-S heat-seal coating. This product provides maximum protection and processability and combines the strength of 1073B Tyvek^® with superior seal qualities.

TPT-0237A: 1059B Tyvek^® coated with the 0231A adhesive for F-F-S. A lighter weight version of 1073B Tyvek^®, 1059B extends yield to get more units per pound.

TPT-0268: New 2FS Tyvek^® coated with TOLAS high performance F-F-S heat seal adhesive.
