Coated Foil Pouches

Coated foil pouches provide a peelable barrier package with visual assurance of seal integrity.

TPC-0760B/TPC-0765B: heat-seal coated 1 mil foil pouch packaging for pharmaceutical, personal care products or medical devices. These pouches offer excellent light and moisture barrier.

TPC-0807/TPC-0808: opaque heat-seal coated high puncture resistant peelable pouch for pharmaceutical or medical devices. These pouches have pinhole free, high barrier construction and are opaque for light barrier.

TPC-0810/TPC-0806: opaque heat-seal coated paper laminated peelable foil pouch for various pharmaceutical or medical devices. These pouches offer visible seal indication, pinhole free barrier construction and are opaque for light barrier.

TPC-0814/TPC-0764: opaque heat-seal coated .35 mil foil peelable pouch. This high barrier flexible packaging lamination seals over a wide temperature range and offers moderate puncture resistance and light and moisture barrier.

Uncoated Foil Pouches

TPC-0765/TPC-0765: .35 mil foil seals to itself for welded pouch seals. These tear-open pouches offer complete light and gas barrier, moderate puncture resistance and barrier to many aqueous or oily materials.

TPC-0765B/TPC-0765B: 1 mil foil seals to itself for welded pouch seals. These tear-open pouches offer complete light and gas barrier, moderate puncture resistance and barrier to many aqueous or oily materials.

TPC-1475/TPC-1475: opaque .35 mil foil seals to itself for welded pouch seals. This high barrier non-peelable lamination seals over a wide temperature range and offers excellent puncture resistance, extremely strong weld-type seals and good light barrier.

Sealant Based Foil Pouch

TPS-4048/TPC-0769: .35 mil peelable fim and foil based lamination for sterile device packaging requiring gas and moisture barrer. This moderately puncture resistant pouch also has excellent chemical resistance.
