Controlled Environment

To meet the increasing needs of barrier isolation and pharmaceutical companies' individual cleanliness and contamination control requirements, TOLAS Healthcare Packaging has updated its facility to include designated Controlled Environments.

Each area of TOLAS' facility is designated as to the level of cleanliness that must be maintained to ensure the integrity of the products being manufactured. Segregated manufacturing areas in which air filtration, air distribution, utilities, materials of construction, and operating procedures are regulated to control airborne particulate concentrations to meet a specifically defined level.

TOLAS' Controlled Environments are maintained to ensure the quality and integrity of TOLAS' products.
